Joe Walker, MSIE, CISSP is Sr. VP of Technology Services for MyHealth Access Network (MyHealth). Walker is a system engineer, data scientist, technologist, privacy policy expert and a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). Walker is motivated by wise system design particularly in the healthcare sector. He helped launch and is instrumental in leadership of MyHealth in Oklahoma, and its national outreach efforts including the Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative and its Patient Centered Data Home™ initiative. Walker has also served as adjunct academic IT faculty, an independent consultant, and (for Sprint-Nextel) a business intelligence architect/data analyst. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & System Engineering.
