Brian Flanigan is the National Go-To-Market Leader for Deloitte Consulting’s Life Sciences & Health Care practice.  He also serves as Deloitte’s U.S. Value Based Care Leader and is the Global Lead Consulting Partner for a Health Plan Office of the CEO client.  He was formerly the U.S. M&A Practice Leader for Life Sciences & Health Care.  He provides Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Financial Management advisory services to Boards of Directors and management teams in the provider, health plan, PBM, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Brian began his career with Deloitte Consulting in 1996 as a Business Analyst.  He received an A.B., Summa Cum Laude from Wabash College and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  He and his wife live in Winnetka, IL with their three children.
