Kathryn Vanni is the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement with the
Franciscan Physician Network which is a division of Franciscan Alliance based out of
Mishawaka, Indiana. Kathryn has served in this role for over six years and during that
time certified 26 sites as Patient Centered Medical Homes. Kathryn has been with
Franciscan for nearly 10 years, working as an inpatient performance improvement
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and corporate analytics prior to assuming the role with
the Franciscan Physician Network. Kathryn has a Master’s in Business Administration
from Purdue University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University
of St. Francis.
