Mr. Lam joined BayCare in 2011. Mr. Lam brings strong focus on the strategic implementation of the organization’s vision for robust protection via BayCare’s information security program which includes IT risk, business resiliency and PCI compliance. He is an avid speaker on security awareness and has a reputation as a mentor to cybersecurity professionals. Before joining BayCare, Mr. Lam was the director of IT security systems and data security officer for Methodist Hospital System in Houston, Texas; Mr. Lam has more than 30 years of experience in IT and information security.
