Jennifer Varnadore was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, and continued her studies locally at Centenary College of Louisiana. She then obtained her Masters of Business Administration at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. Upon graduation, Jennifer was hired by Health Management Associates enabling her to pursue a career in Healthcare Administration.

After she married and had her first son, she began looking for an opportunity to be closer to home while still pursuing her love of healthcare. She found this fit in 2007, with CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier as the Regional Director of the Cancer Treatment Center.

Currently, Jennifer is the Administrator of Oncology and Ambulatory Services, which includes serving as the Administrator of CHRISTUS Bossier Emergency Hospital. Jennifer is proud of her accomplishments, but mostly proud to be part of a team that provides compassionate, personalized care for each and every patient. She is married to Rodney and mother to Ethan and Cooper.
