Anne Pankonien has Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration along with more than 11 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment marketing and advertising, executive recruitment, operations and strategic planning. Anne has spent most of her career in healthcare, split between for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, where she has served as a strong talent partner and an early adopter of new tools and technology that expand the capabilities of recruitment. As the Senior Director of Promotions and Sourcing for Ascension, she leads a growing team of innovators dedicated to being best in class, focused on using data to drive decisions and passionate about their role in fulfilling Ascension’s mission of providing compassionate, personalized care to all, with special attention to person living in poverty and those most vulnerable.
