Senior VP Population Health, Henry Ford Health System

Susan is responsible for implementing system-wide population health strategies that drive improved patient outcomes and experiences at lower costs.  Prior position responsibilities included system-wide quality and safety, performance improvement, analytics, and strategic planning.  Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Wayne State University, and Fellow designations with the Engineering Society of Detroit and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
