Jodi Rosen
Director Innovation, Northwestern Medicine
As Director of Innovation for Northwestern Medicine, Jodi Rosen leads the identification, business case development, implementation and evaluation of innovative strategies, technologies, products and services to support improvements in patient experience and health outcomes. Jodi helped launch the Innovation Department, which strives to accelerate the adoption of innovation across Northwestern Medicine.

Leading with her background in public health, health care operations, strategy, research, human centered design and entrepreneurial endeavors, Jodi co-leads a team of innovators to support system-wide innovation efforts which are aligned with health system goals. Jodi has more than 25 years of experience in health care management, strategic planning, market and business development, operations and innovation. She has spent much of her career in academic medicine, but also time at Fortune 200 companies, consulting and leading start-up organizations. Jodi earned her MPH from the University of California, Los Angeles and her BS at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
