As state and federal partners are deploying alternate care sites across the country, many are using paper-based solutions that add significant clinician burden, backlogs on the system and patient matching issues. You will learn about the OCHIN/Epic partnership with the Washington State Health Care Authority and the tools now being deployed across the country to support interoperability and improvement in patient care.  Further, Jennifer shares her government affairs experience in what OCHIN is learning around immediate policy issues facing the states and providers serving underserved communities as they work to address the COVID-19 crisis.
