Mikelle Moore is a nationally recognized health executive with more than 25 years of experience leading the change necessary to improve health outcomes in our country with sustainable and equitable solutions.  Mikelle has continuously expanded her impact on systems – she seeks the broadest ways to impact health considering quality, access, affordability, equity and a personalized experience as achievable results for every person.  She leveraged her role as Chief Community Health Officer of Intermountain Health and President of the system’s community foundation with more than $500 million in assets to align clinical and health plan care delivery, community partnerships, grant-making, diverse purchasing and hiring and investment strategies to measurably improve specific health, determinants of health and affordability outcomes.

Today Mikelle is the co-creator of Multiplier Advisors, the country’s first impact investing consulting firm founded specifically to support health-focused impact investors, bringing unparalleled expertise in aligning investments and other assets with social determinants of health (SDOH) to create healthy and just communities. Multiplier’s clients are health systems, payers, health foundations, and other SDOH-focused investors and companies advancing equitable outcomes.

Mikelle was named in Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Women Leaders in 2020 and the publication’s Women to Watch list in 2019. During her tenure at Intermountain, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Community Health Officer, and as the first female CEO of the system’s flagship hospital. In addition, Mikelle has worked in contracting for a provider-owned health plan and in strategy for Mayo Clinic. Mikelle has served nationally on the American Hospital Association’s Population and Community Health Advisory Committee and the AHA Policy Board and as a founder of the National Alliance to Impact the Social Determinants of Health. Mikelle has served as board chair and continues to serve on several non-profit boards and as an advisor to business and the State of Utah at the intersection of health and public-private partnership.

Mikelle earned her master’s degrees in business administration and health services administration from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in physiology from the University of Arizona. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and completed the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School. Mikelle and her husband are the proud parents of four teenagers and a pet therapy sheepadoodle.  Together, they enjoy tennis, boating, travel, and the outdoors.
