Ms. Santiago is a Managing Editor at MCG Health. In her role, she oversees research, guideline writing, and other content development focused on Medicare national and local clinical policy. Before joining MCG in 2018, she was the Clinical Lead at a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC). Her experience includes development and implementation of national provider training programs and managing medical review operations for two Medicare jurisdictions. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Ms. Santiago received her master’s degree in nursing from the Capstone College of Nursing and is a registered nurse.
