Felicity’s expertise in data-driven decision-making and managing teams that move a mile a minute are a byproduct of her time at Owler & Bridgewater Associates. She’s obsessed with analyzing user behavior and rapid, iterative product development. In March 2020, in response to the coronavirus pandemic, Felicity led the creation of Tia’s virtual platform in just five days. Felicity and her co-founder Carolyn Witte have raised $132M funding to-date and has been recognized on Forbes 30 under 30 and Entrepreneur 100.
