Dr. Angela C. Dunn is the Executive Director for the Salt Lake County Health Department. Prior to this position, she served as the State Epidemiologist for the Utah Department of Health.

Dr. Dunn received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed her residency training in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University of California San Diego. Following residency, she trained with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer where she responded to the 2014-2016 Ebola Epidemic in West Africa.

Dr. Dunn lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and two sons. They love exploring the outdoors together year-round.
