Dave Dirks is the Vice President of Strategy for Intermountain Healthcare. In this role Dave is responsible for leading the development and execution of Intermountain’s key strategic initiatives. This has included the creation and launch of new companies Civica and Castell, and Intermountain’s growth into Nevada and Idaho. Previous to this role, Dave was the Assistant Vice President for Healthcare Transformation at Intermountain and was responsible for working with hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, and community resources to develop and implement transformational strategies to improve health outcomes.

Dave has over 22 years of healthcare experience serving in a diverse set of roles across the healthcare enterprise. He graduated from Weber State University with a degree in finance and has an MBA from Westminster College.
