HOSTED JOINTLY WITH HIMSS – Dr. Derrick Nelson and Cathy Duffy, RN, BSN, Manager, Clinical Applications, review the mobile computing platform implemented at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital, Corpus Christi, TX.  The solution provides mobile software that gives clinicians wireless access to the hospital’s patient information system through a portfolio of clinical results and charge capture applications, available on a PDA, giving medical staff greater access to information and raising the bar for patient safety.
