Leveraging Patient Reported Data to Improve Patient Outcomes at Intermountain

Intermountain Healthcare developed a system for collecting and reporting clinical outcomes for patients receiving physical therapy called ROMS (Rehabilitation Outcomes Management System).  Using patient reported outcomes in clinical decision making, collected over the past 18 years using this application, the practice has been shown to improve care and provide higher quality care at a lower cost.
