SI 2020 Social Determinants of Health Virtual Summit: Addressing Community Health

The Scottsdale Institute 2020 Social Determinants of Health Virtual Summit sponsored by Epic convened 31 social determinants of health executives (SDoH) from prominent healthcare systems across the country on September 10, 2020.
