At its recent SDoH Hybrid Summit, sponsored by Epic on November 2-3, 2021, the Scottsdale Institute convened 20 participants and speakers from 11 Member organizations to discover, discuss and dissect both barriers and passageways toward the promise of greater inclusion, less duplication, more standardization and wider accessibility of health for all.
