While healthcare tends to lag behind industry in adoption and delivery of new, innovative solutions, consumers are demanding that healthcare keep up with non-healthcare industries in how and which technologies are delivered. This demand along with competitive and regulatory/reimbursement pressures have sparked a significant technology transformation for Ascension Information Services (AIS). This session focuses on AIS’ transformation journey and through the development of a Transformation Office, the processes and methods for managing and driving this transformation from ideation to actualization.
