Workforce Management Solutions at SCL Health 

Charles Phanumphai, Applications Manager, SCL Health.  SCL Health’s KAT (Kronos Access Tool) was developed between HRIS (HR Information Systems), Workforce Management Solutions (Kronos team), and Integration teams utilizing the InterSystems IRIS for Health platform. The application saves the HR department hundreds of hours each month by applying changes across position codes in bulk and allows for other friendly, more efficient, features. Charles describes the overall framework for systems integration at SCL Health, how this particular process was managed, and lessons learned along the way.
