When our SI Advisors suggested we explore the topic of New Business Models, it seemed like a straightforward task: find out how SI member organizations are redesigning their
business frameworks for taking on risk, population health and value-based care. We
discovered, however, these newly emerging models are creating a multi-faceted story
that involves many voices, each with a unique perspective. So, this story has become
