Amy Pouillon, PharmD is a pharmacy supervisor at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan where she is actively involved in enhancing and developing transitions of care clinical activities.   She graduated from Ohio Northern University and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the VA Maryland Healthcare System in Baltimore Maryland. She is currently a preceptor for student pharmacists completing advanced pharmacy practice rotations with Ferris State University School of Pharmacy.
