As the Senior Medical Director for Geisinger at Home, Dr. Wylie is responsible for the clinical care and management of the model including oversight of the Regional Medical Directors, Chief Advanced Practitioner, and the home-based advance practice providers for the Geisinger at Home program. Geisinger at Home , launched in May 2018, delivers team-based comprehensive and acute care in the home for Geisinger Health Plan’s most complex members. In addition to the above responsibilities, Dr. Wylie leads Geisinger at Home’s telemedicine program, risk adjustment efforts, and disease-specific exacerbation management plans.  Dr. Wylie joined Geisinger in 2009 as a primary care physician at the Geisinger Lake Scranton Clinic.  His prior roles include Regional Medical Director in the Northeast for Geisinger at Home, Department Director for the Community Medicine Service Line, and Medical Director for the system’s SNFist Program.

Dr. Wylie is board certified in Family Medicine and completed his residency at Excela Health – Latrobe Hospital in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.  He received his medical degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and a BS in Biology at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
