Autumn is the Team Lead of IT Communications and Change Management at Houston Methodist.

With over 10 years of IT experience, Autumn has a passion for the user experience and loves the challenge of simplifying and packaging complex IT processes and concepts into a concise format to bring clarity for her audiences and increase adoption. During the Epic implementation at Houston Methodist, Autumn was the primary driver in building a successful physician communications strategy.

Before joining Houston Methodist, Autumn was on the IT Communications, Change Management and Training team at Baylor College of Medicine for several years and supported many initiatives, including Epic, SAP, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, website redesign and content management system implementation.

Autumn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and is actively pursuing an MBA from Columbia Southern University.
