SVP and CIO | John Muir Health

Mr. Hudson is a recognized provider healthcare leader who invests in individuals and develops capable, self-sufficient teams. He has deep experience developing tightly aligned operational governance focused on delivering results to plan. He currently serves as the SVP and CIO for John Muir Health in Walnut Creek, CA where he is responsible for Analytics, Enterprise Project Management Office, Information Technology, Information Security as well as JMH’s strategic relationship with Optum.

Previously Mr. Hudson has served as the Chief Healthcare Strategist for VMware and, led their healthcare strategy team. Prior to that he worked at the Kettering Health Network, KHN, where he served as the CTO and provided technology leadership. During his tenure at KHN he also served as the technical project director and architect for the system-wide Epic implementation.

Prior to his time at KHN he led the CTG Healthcare Solutions Advanced Technology Practice for five years, worked as a healthcare strategist with HealthLink, and spent time at Cerner where he led the Global Technology Practice.
