Carol Paret is a Senior Vice President and Chief Community Health Officer for the Memorial Hermann Health System. She oversees Memorial Hermann’s community focused initiatives including ten school based health centers, three dental vans, Neighborhood Health Centers, an extensive navigation function, and a 24-hour nurse triage service. In addition to working with communities to improve health, efforts currently focus around nutrition, food insecurity, Exercise as Medicine, psychological well-being and access.

Her career began with a community health planning focus and for the past thirty-five years has held various roles with Memorial Hermann.

She serves on several boards working at both the local and state level to improve health and health policy.
