Caroline Coy, MPH

Manager, Strategy Implementation, Brigham and Women’s Hospital

Caroline is a Manager for Strategy Implementation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.  In this role, Caroline provides advisory support to Brigham Ambulatory Services senior leadership for the implementation of strategic initiatives and leads a team of internal consultants executing project management and advisory work in other hospital areas. Previously, Caroline worked in the Brigham Digital Innovation Hub where she led projects focused on fostering innovation and expanding the use of digital tools to improve hospital operations.  Caroline has developed a holistic understanding of the healthcare system through her experience spanning the federal government, hospitals and non-profit organizations.  This experience includes working for the US Dept of Health and Human Services in the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  She also served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the National Institutes of Health.  Caroline holds a BA from Case Western Reserve University and an MPH from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
