• 2005 – Joined Sentara Healthcare. Since then, professional experience includes 7-½ years Clinical Management experience in addition to 6 years bedside nursing experience. Gained early Operational/IT engagement experience through a variety of opportunities: Super User support for Sentara Epic Go Live; Operational Site Lead for Striking Out Sepsis Campaign; and supported ongoing improvement of patient outcomes and nursing/system processes by serving as chair to several hospital based committees and the system-wide Intermediate Care Practice forum which.
