Debbie began her career at Providence in 2012 working in Human Resources supporting Home Health and Hospice ministries in Olympia, Everett, and Renton, Washington. Since then, Debbie has served as HR Director in Shared Services leading Operations and supporting multiple functional teams with HR initiatives, as well as for the University of Providence.  Debbie joined the Community Partnerships division in 2019, and currently leads Operations for our Integrated Community Investments, including responsibility and oversight for all of our Community Health Investment teams in all regions across the system, and specific investments in collaboration with the St. Joseph Community Partnership fund.
