Deborah (Deb) Pasko is the Director of the Performance Center and Optimization Services at Omnicell.  Deb has been with Omnicell for approximately 3 months.  Deb leads a team of clinicians and data scientists that provide cost-savings and/or safety and quality data metrics for Omnicell customers.  The Performance Center is the service component of the company that provides seamless integration with Omnicell’s hardware solutions to optimize use to produce increased safety, reduce operating costs, and provide the right drug for the right patient and the right time.

Deb has 23 years of pharmacy practice and non-profit association experience.  She is a licensed pharmacist and has had formal training in pediatrics, critical care, medication safety, and various health information technologies (smart infusion devices, EHRs, various databases, IV robotics, etc).  Deb comes from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) where she led national medication safety initiatives such as population health topics, opioid efforts, antimicrobial stewardship and a project with the FDA called Standardize 4 Safety (S4S).  She has worked closely with the CDC, HHS, FDA, The Joint Commission, Institute of Safe Medication Practices (ISMP), and other national quality and safety organizations over the last 4 years. Deb has a BSPharm degree from Ohio Northern University, PharmD from Idaho State University and MHA from Walden University.
