Dr. Francis Chan is currently serving as the interim Chief Medical Information Officer at Loma Linda University Health.

Dr. Chan received his Doctor of Medicine from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine.  After completing his combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (Med-Peds) residency, he served an additional year as one of the Pediatric Chief Residents. He holds the academic rank of Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Preventive Medicine-Clinical Informatics.
