Gail is the Associate Chief Nursing Informatics Officer for the Memorial Hermann Health System. In her current role, she collaborates with the system CHIO and other leaders to direct the informatics operations for the system. Gail is a Registered Nurse with a doctorate degree in Informatics from University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, Cizik School of Nursing. Gail has an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake, San Antonio, Texas. She is also adjunct assistant professor for the School of Biomedical Informatics, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Gail loves the structure that informatics principles bring to health care for improved care coordination and patient outcomes.
