As Deloitte’s Advisory Healthcare Sector Leader, Jen is a trusted advisor who enables health executives to embrace and prepare for disruptive innovation. Jen leads teams that enable market leaders to leverage applied innovation and next gen tech to define business growth strategies, design new models of clinical care, and future proof the business, with a shared agenda to improve customer connectivity, clinical outcomes, access, and provider satisfaction. The Future of Health is here and convening the ecosystem for an equitable future is our north star. As a Founding Partner for Deloitte’s Health Equity Institute, Jen has teamed to set the strategy for our purpose driven agenda and investments and authored research around health disparities in the US and most recently, women’s health. As next gen technologies, GENAI, predictive analytics, supported by engagement platforms and new workforce models are being adopted, the basis of competition is shifting from pipeline to platform business models. Jen is passionate about partnering with health organizations through the next wave of disruption and reassembly, defining innovative and equitable business models, and the organization & workforce strategies that enable them. She is an acclaimed speaker on the topics of Future of Health & Health Equity nationally. Jen holds a BA in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Amherst College, an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MPH in Population Health from the Mailman School of Public Health (Columbia). Residing in New York City with her husband Sanjay and 3 children Olivia, Aidan, Julian and goldendoodle, Milo, Jen and family focus on reducing hunger and homelessness through local community based organizations.
