As Director of Community Health Partnerships at Northern Light Health, Jessica provides program management for a number of community health initiatives including early childhood literacy and pediatric oral health. She is currently Project Director for a 3-year HRSA Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) grant and co-director of a social determinants of health (SDOH) quality improvement grant awarded to Northern Light Health by Pfizer and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Jessica established and serves as co-chair for Northern Light Health’s SDOH Workgroup which oversees the system’s SDOH screening and referral efforts. She enjoys working with a variety of partners and organizations on collaborative initiatives addressing food security, substance and opioid use, obesity prevention, and other public health priorities. Jessica has more than 15 years of experience in public health program management and evaluation. Northern Light Health is the most expansive integrated health care system in Maine, comprised of ten member hospitals, eight nursing homes and 37 primary care locations.
