Jill Evans MSN, RN, RN-BC is the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Clinical Informatics and Chief of Connected Care, Virtual Care Enterprise for the MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jill has been a nurse for 27 years, with clinical experience in Endoscopy, PACU, and Emergency Medicine. As a leader in Clinical Informatics at MetroHealth for the past 12 years, she has worked to build and strengthen a network of informatics professionals that guide the adoption of technology throughout the MetroHealth system, promoting patient safety, engaging patients, and ensuring a positive experience for healthcare teams. Jill has worked on strategic projects that include the planning and design of a new 11 floor hospital, a 110 bed Mental Health Facility, an 88-bed intensive care facility, a new concept Micro -hospital, as well as numerous process improvement and enhancement opportunities.

In Fall 2022, Jill added leadership responsibilities as Chief of Connected Care, overseeing the Virtual Care Enterprise which includes, Virtual Care Nursing, Telehealth Triage, Digital Care Services and Language Access. In this role, Jill  is responsible for creating the Virtual Nurse program at MetroHealth and expanding existing programs including Hospital in the Home, Remote Patient Monitoring, Connected Kidney Care in the Home and TeleMedicine.
