Over his 14 year career, Mr. Fournier has led multiple teams across the Intelligence Community providing time sensitive Cyber and SIGINT intelligence analysis. He has experience expertly profiling adversarial threat actors behavior, to include cyber threat, malware and cyber discovery analysis, with respect to identified system attacks in an operational mission context. He has researched and produced comprehensive multi-source
profiles on cyber threat actors and their activities in support of Computer Network Operations, to include Computer Network Attack, Computer Network Defense and Computer Network Exploitation.

Mr. Fournier now leads Deloitte Cyber Reconnaissance and Analytics engagements and
execution teams with USG and commercial clients in large-scale data science, applied graph theory, and computer security.
