As System Senior Vice President for Nursing Innovation, Transformation, Virtual Nursing and Informatics at CommonSpirit Health (CSH), Linda is responsible for implementing new models of care delivery supported by virtual technology that improves nursing care delivery while unburdening the care team of interruptions, thus improving the outcomes for patients, families, nurses, clinicians and providers. As the system nursing leader for informatics, she is accountable for leading the team that supports our national CSH care teams, while innovating new solutions, workflows and training in multiple HOS systems.
Linda recently served as the Regional CommonSpirit Health COO and CNE at MercyOne in Iowa; the regional CNO for the Mountain North Denver Region of Centura; and the System CNE for Ascension Via Christi Health in Kansas. Her desire to innovate, while improving nursing and operational outcomes, through developing interprofessional care teams that advance new care models based on shared leadership constructs in the organizations, has advanced operational outcomes in the organizations she has been affiliated with. Linda is a Wharton Nursing Fellow and an Executive Fellow in Innovation Health Leadership.
