Lynnette Clinton
VP, Applications, BayCare Health System
Lynnette has extensive experience in information systems, with more than 20 of those in healthcare supporting clinical/business systems and process improvement. She joined BayCare Health System in 2016 as the Director of Financial/ERP Applications. She is currently the Vice President of Applications and is responsible for the Project Management Office; clinical, financial, and administrative applications; the enterprise data warehouse; enterprise software engineering, and integration. Her team of nearly 300 team members drives strategy and support of 400 on-premise and remotely hosted applications. She is passionate about leadership, customer relationships, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining BayCare, she held several roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with primary responsibilities in revenue cycle systems. At Lehigh, she led the revenue cycle portion of the implementation of an integrated EMR, including systems build, process design, and adoption. Prior to Lehigh, Lynnette held roles as a project manager, interface analyst, and programmer/analyst.
Lynnette received her undergraduate degrees from Penn State University in Computer Science, and from Albright College in Information Systems. She earned her MBA from the University of Tampa, where she was recognized by the Phi Kappa Phi Honors society. She is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the Society for Information Management (SIM). Lynnette is Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) and former Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE).
She lives with her husband, daughter and two adorable dogs near the beach. Lynnette is active with 100 Woman Who Care, an organization whose mission is to be a powerful force for doing good work by combining individual gifts to amplify their impact to a local nonprofit organization.
