Vice President, Healthcare Applications

Marjorie Mathews is the Vice President at Beaumont Health, a comprehensive regional network operating eight hospitals and multiple outpatient sites, that serve nearly over $2.5 million people in southeastern Michigan.  Marjorie provides oversight of a department of 200+ employees, over 100 different applications, in all phases of application lifecycle management; from initial feasibility analysis, contracting and acquisition, through implementation and support.

Marjorie joined Beaumont Health in 2015 and has extensive experience in leading information technology development and clinical transformation. Experience in large transformational projects, system evolution and rationalization strategies, system selections, implementations, and operational management.  Responsibilities range from managing large applications portfolios, governance, staffing, budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiations, PMOs, and care transformation.

Marjorie earned her Masters of Business Administration from Oakland University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Michigan State University.
