Melissa Stalets serves as Manager for Memorial Innovation in Memorial Health System’s newly formed Division of Quality and Safety.  In this role, Melissa is responsible for leading development of the infrastructure necessary to enable and accelerate innovation, both internally and with partners, and across a broad range of innovation approaches.

Prior to this role, Melissa held leadership positions in ambulatory networks and behavioral health divisions of Memorial Health System.  In these positions, her primary areas of focus were the development and execution of new services and models for service delivery, performance improvement, and program evaluation.

Melissa holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and maintains a license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.  She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
