Morgan Bradham has been an integral part of Palmetto Primary Care Physician’s Quality Department for over five years. Morgan serves as the executive director of quality improvement, overseeing the clinical care coordination team, the transitional care management team, data analytics, medication prior authorization, document management, and medical records departments. Morgan leads PPCP’s Medicare Shared Savings Program, a Track One ACO beginning in 2016, where she works to design and implement organizational initiatives aimed at driving quality patient care, increasing workflow efficiency, and optimizing shared savings opportunities. Morgan manages all commercial and Medicare Advantage quality contracts. Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree from College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel.
