With over a decade of informatics experience, Beale’s leadership has driven multiple implementations throughout various local organizations. Beale has also driven nursing informatics efforts internationally in several capacities, working on several informatics related committees to promote the diffusion of knowledge and give visibility to the specialty. In her current role, Beale oversees portfolio management work and informatics special projects. Her leadership has led to several successful workflow optimization programs and successful system implementations, and she was the 2019 recipient of the HIMSS-ANI Nursing Informatics Leadership Award.
