Niloofar Alikashani earned her BS in Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia and her hospital residency from Vancouver General Hospital. She is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist pharmacist who has been working at Virginia Mason Medical Center for over 18 years in medication safety and as lead pharmacist. She has graduated from the Virginia Mason Production System for Leaders program and served as chair of VTE
Therapeutics Initiative.
