Paul is the national leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Health Care Provider Supply Chain practice. He has 23+ years of health care consulting experience assisting regional health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, stand-alone children’s hospitals, and for-profit chains with an emphasis on solving strategic, operational, and financial challenges. He has significant experience with supply chain transformation, shared services, performance improvement, and technology enablement.

Paul has market eminence in supply chain and shared services and has spoken at numerous conferences including Healthcare Financial Management Association, IDN Summit, Innovation Institute, Scottsdale Institute and has been interviewed and/or quoted by Modern Healthcare, Gartner, and Reuters. Paul received his BS in Management Systems and MS in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
