Mr. Phillips is a Senior Leader at Impact Advisors and brings over 35 years of combined healthcare consulting and clinical care delivery experience focused primarily on identifying clinical and business IT objectives for the provider market. Paul has extensive experience in assisting organizations in transforming their care delivery processes through enterprise strategy, redesign, quality/safety/risk, standardization, physician/provider/staff adoption, policy/procedure development, education/training, and outcomes management in relation to managing implementations of electronic health records across the continuum of care within international, national, regional and local markets.

Prior to joining Impact Advisors, Mr. Phillips worked as a consultant in a leadership role for several national and international corporations both vendor and non-vendor based. He has worked with multiple healthcare organizations representing commercial, academic, federal, state and local government, community, integrated delivery networks, systems and physician practices.
