Paula has over 30 years of healthcare experience and over 20 years in leadership and managerial roles. Her current role is VP, Regional Nursing Informatics Officer for Northern Light Health in Maine. Throughout her career, she has led program implementations including clinical informatics, medication reconciliation, CPOE and case management.  Paula has held previous roles in nursing leadership as a CNO, Administrator for Clinical Information and Quality Director.  Paula has experience with large scale change initiatives and implementing new programs and roles within organizations.  Paula has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maine with a minor in Organizational Behavior.
