A general and trauma surgeon by training, Dr. Bokhari is a seasoned physician executive with 29 years’ experience in a unique blend of clinical medicine, clinical and business administration, healthcare informatics and technology. In his current role as the Chief Medical Information Officer for AdventHealth Information Technology, Dr. Bokhari is responsible for the successful development and deployment of innovative clinical IT strategies with a goal to improving patient safety, quality of care and streamline provider clinical and business processes across the care continuum.
