Raj Iyer joined Edward-Elmhurst Health as Chief Data & Analytics Officer in October 2019, prior to which he served in healthcare analytics leadership capacities for multiple organizations over the past 24 years. His career experience spans both healthcare provider and packaged software organizations, with particular emphasis in the fields of data science, data engineering, data quality, and data governance. Raj is passionate about building high-performing teams composed of clinical, technical and process improvement professionals that meaningfully impact healthcare and business outcomes. Since joining EEH in 2019, Raj has built a team of 40+ analytics professionals that are helping the organization to realize its Data-Driven vision through a two-year strategic transformation program.
