Robin is President of the UW Health Accountable Care Organization and Vice President, Population Health at UW Health. She is responsible for the direction and leadership of programmatic, operational, financial, and personnel activities for Population Health. The Office of Population Health efforts include Accountable Care Organization/Value Based-Care, Population Health Care Model, and Community Health Improvement. Her areas of interest include collaborative partnerships, systems change, and supporting the conditions for all people to have the best opportunity to be healthy and thrive.

Robin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Women Studies and Psychology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Michigan. She completed her Master of Public Health in Community Health Sciences and Bixby Certificate in Population and Reproductive Health from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. Robin worked in progressive leadership positions in non-profit, public health department, managed care, and health care settings. At the University of Wisconsin – Madison Robin holds faculty appointments the Master of Public Health Program and Preventive Medicine Residency Program. Robin is Past-President of the Wisconsin Public Health Association and a member of the Board of Health for Madison and Dane County.
