Dr. Rupal Badani is a pediatrician and a catalyst for sustainable change in healthcare who graduated from Yale University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She went on to practice general pediatrics at Palo Alto Medical  Foundation where she served as Division Head of Primary Care and Urgent Care.

In her current role as the Medical Director of Organizational Advancement for Cedars-Sinai Medical Network, Dr. Badani leverages her extensive experience as a Sensei in Lean Methodology to partner with clinical and operations teams to lead the redesign of health care delivery.
